There is no need of any external apps or third party softwares to link your facebook and twitter account. Well some of the people sometimes do update their facebook status and twitter tweets the same very rarely , which can be done simply without multiple logins and copying and other stuff. All you need is to login into your twitter account go to settings in that go to profile tab , scroll down and you can see facebook option with a button labelled "Post your tweets to Facebook" a window pops out where in you need to enter facebook login details and once done you can follow the wizard
