1. Click Start
2. Select Run Command
3. Type Regedit
4. Click OK
5. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer
6. Add a DWORD and give it a name of NoViewContextMenu
7. Make DWORD value as 1
8. Restart the system.
Then the desktop will be restricted.
