"Can we watch a video without being downloaded fully " we might come across this question some times when we are using torrents to download a video.I tried myself and got successful results with the help of VLC player and DiVFix player which helped me to watch the videos partially up to the downloaded part by skipping the undownloaded part.Remember the video must be in avi format.
